What Pakistani Players Need to Know

1 General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ht77 online gaming platform accessible at ht77.vin ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any wager on ht77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products on ht77, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and any promotions or VIP programme benefits. Where a specific product or promotion has its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply alongside these general Terms and take precedence in the event of any conflict.

ht77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an ht77 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ht77 strictly enforces this requirement. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended ht77 account unless that closure was initiated by you and resolved through our support process.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that includes ht77 as a platform from which you have excluded yourself.

ht77 may request supporting documents at any stage to verify your identity and age. This is a standard part of our account security and responsible gaming process. Common verification documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one ht77 account. Opening, operating or controlling more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ht77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, including bonuses and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. This includes all wagers placed, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact ht77 support immediately. ht77 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Your ht77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or operated by any other person. You may not allow any other individual to use your account credentials to access or use ht77.

Account closure requests may be submitted to ht77 support at any time. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed according to our standard withdrawal procedure. Remaining balances that do not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold will be subject to our dormant account terms if the account remains unclaimed for an extended period.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on ht77 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following payment methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit via your registered JazzCash number
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit via your registered Easypaisa account
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer – direct deposit from your Pakistani bank account
• Debit & Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet services as listed in the cashier

Deposits are credited to your ht77 account once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

ht77 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on ht77 are paid out in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your name. You may not withdraw to a payment account belonging to another person.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes completion of identity verification and, where applicable, source of funds verification. Withdrawals submitted on unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Withdrawal processing times on ht77 are among the fastest available for Pakistani players. Standard withdrawals are reviewed and approved within a few hours during business hours. Payments via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically arrive within minutes of approval. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account cashier and varies by payment method.
• You must have wagered your deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise specified for that deposit type.
• Active bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• ht77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ht77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, VIP rewards and special event promotions around Cricket, PSL and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published on the relevant Promotions page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all ht77 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and expiry window are stated on the Promotions page at time of claim.
• Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum for sports bonuses do not count toward wagering requirements.
• ht77 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and begun wagering an active bonus will have their progress respected where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts or using automated systems — will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ht77 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip or game stake before confirming any wager. ht77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where the platform has made a clear and verifiable error in the odds or game outcome data.

Sports Betting on ht77 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other global sporting events. The following rules apply to sports bets:

• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting body. In cases of dispute, the determination of the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket) is final.
• Bets on events that are abandoned or voided without a result being declared will be settled as void and your stake returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. ht77 is not responsible for delays in live data transmission and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum single bet and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the sportsbook before you confirm a bet.

Casino, Slots and Fish Games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software. Results are independently generated and ht77 staff have no ability to influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Slots games are published in the game information panel within each game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ht77 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or a different identity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit promotions
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors — any wins from identified glitches will be voided
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your account
• Attempting to manipulate game or match outcomes through any external means
• Reverse engineering, copying or distributing any part of the ht77 platform

9 Privacy & Data

ht77 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) is limited to what is necessary to process your transaction.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal data retention obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact ht77 support via the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

ht77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure high uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues or third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability.

ht77 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or opportunities due to platform downtime or technical errors outside our direct control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank)
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of ht77
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional descriptions

Our total liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of the disputed bet, transaction or bonus in PKR.

11 Changes to These Terms

ht77 may revise these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players through the email address or contact number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

If you continue to use ht77 after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors or formatting changes that do not alter the meaning of any clause — may be made without specific notice and will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
